Welcome to OMEGA SPA. By accessing our website (https://www.omegaspa237s.com/) or booking appointments at our spa facility, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- Business Identity
These terms govern the relationship between you and OMEGA SPA, located at Round point MAETUR Bonamousadi, Douala, Littoral Region 00237, Cameroon. - Services & Bookings
- Appointments can be scheduled through our website, POS booking portal, phone, or in person.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment duration without price adjustment.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 2 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- WhatsApp & Electronic Communications Consent
By providing your phone number and booking a service with OMEGA SPA, you give explicit consent to receive automated transactional communications via WhatsApp or SMS, including:
- Booking confirmations and appointment reminders.
- Digital payment receipts and invoices.
- Opt-Out: You can opt out of automated WhatsApp messages at any time by replying “STOP” or notifying the front desk reception.
- Payments
- We accept Cash, MTN Mobile Money, and Orange Money.
- Payment is due upon completion of the spa services. All prices are listed in Central African CFA Franc (XAF).
- Health & Client Safety
- Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions, skin allergies, pregnancy, or medical concerns before undergoing treatments.
- OMEGA SPA reserves the right to decline or modify services if a treatment may pose health risks to the client.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Douala. - Contact Information
